This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating and is available in various opaque color options. LEXAN 945 is a general purpose resin designed to meet the needs of various applications.

加工工艺：

干燥温度 120 °C

干燥时间 2.0 到 4.0 hr

建议的Zui大水分含量 0.020 %

料斗温度 60.0 到 80.0 °C

料筒后部温度 260 到 280 °C

料筒中部温度 270 到 290 °C

料筒前部温度 280 到 310 °C

射嘴温度 270 到 290 °C

加工（熔体）温度 280 到 310 °C

模具温度 80.0 到 110 °C
